In 1998 motovario purchased Spagari trasmissioni, a renowned company with thirty years of experience in mechanical technology, thus expanding its knowledge and business market position.

The company's high-efficiency manufacturing sector is a robotic automatic warehouse with a line of 170 numerically controlled (NC) machines, trucks that guarantee the handling and storage of semi-finished products. The assembly line, entirely run by a specialized computer system, interfaces with the semi-finished warehouse from their automatic supply. Statistical process control systems, which control the entire production process to ensure the highest quality, control each production batch at the start of parallel processing. This makes it possible to monitor every production step, enabling the CNC table to control parameters continuously to measure the size and position of the workpiece being machined.
